What are some REALLY GOOD girl rock bands? I live for music and I'm slowly making my way through different genres, but when I came to rock I couldn't find any girl bands I liked so I want to know what other peoples fav girl rock bands are.

How come "girl-ROCK bands" never make it big? I'm just curious and would like to hear some of your opinions as to why most, if not all ROCK "girl bands" never reach the same notoriety as their male counterparts?
